Fremantle based Marine Operator seeking GPH/Deckhand and dual ticketed Vessel Masters. Positions are ideal for those wanting to work in the industry and be home every night. Split shifts, night work and weekend work required.

There is potential to do ADHOC work in the North West at higher rates of pay when required (subject to meeting requirements).

About the Role

Vessel Master:

Undertake Vessel Master duties in support of operations such as Crew Transfers, Cargo Support and Ships Line Running across a variety of vessels.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and maintaining vessel compliance, PMS and survey requirements, coordinating with maintenance team about standard and critical maintenance.

Minimum Requirements

-Master >24m NC & Marine Engine Drive Grade 2 (MED 2)

-Elements of Shipboard Safety

-First Aid Certificate

-Valid Driver’s Licence

-MSIC or ability to obtain

-Commercial Marine experience

-Computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and cloud based CMMR.





Deckhand/GPH:

Undertake Deckhand duties in support of operations such as Crew Transfers, Cargo Support and Ships Line Running across a variety of vessels. We are happy to meet with people interested in entering the industry including school leavers or those wanting a change. Prospects to progress to vessel master once tickets obtained.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in maintaining vessel compliance, PMS and survey requirements, other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

-Valid Driver’s Licence

-MSIC or ability to obtain

-Computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and cloud based CMMR.

Both Positions Desirable

-High Risk Work Licences – Forklift, Dogging, Rigging.

-Trade Qualification

-STCW 95

-First Aid Certificate

-Commercial Marine experience
