The Role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced, multi-site setting and is confident managing end-to-end financial accounting across multiple hospitality venues. Reporting to the Finance Manager, with a dotted line to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end financial accounting across multiple hospitality venues.
Prepare daily revenue reporting, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger processing.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using Xero.
Complete month-end reporting, including journals, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements.
Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reports, together with financial analysis and commentary.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Support payroll accounting and labour cost reporting.
Prepare BAS, IAS and other statutory reporting requirements.




Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
Partner with venue managers and operational teams to provide financial insights and commercial support.
Assist with audits, funding requests and other finance projects as required.

The Successful Candidate
CA/CPA Qualified or equivalent
Experience working within hospitality, retail or another multi-site business
Previous experience using Xero
Robust financial reporting, reconciliation and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
