We’re a fast-growing and energetic restaurant group with a genuine passion for what we do. We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Assistant Venue Manager to help lead, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build a positive, high‑performing team culture.

About The Role
Supporting all aspects of restaurant operations, including people leadership, customer service, food safety, inventory management, and financial performance
Training, coaching, and developing team members to deliver exceptional results
Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
Managing inventory and ordering to maintain efficient operations
Assisting with rostering and ensuring shifts are appropriately staffed
Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally and promptly
Supporting local marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Maintaining a clean, organized, and high‑performing restaurant environment
Driving sales, team engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives





What We're Looking For
Minimum two years' experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality or restaurants
Solid leadership and communication skills
A hands‑on approach and willingness to work alongside your team
Ability to multitask and thrive in a quick‑paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Passion for hospitality, people development, and creating great customer experiences
