Role and Responsibilities
Provide excellence in clinical and holistic care for residents under the leadership of the Clinical Manager.
Support and supervise team members and champion a strong teamwork approach to residents' care.
liaise with medical practitioners, family and multi-disciplinary team members to ensure personalised care.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy and build relationships with residents based on dignity and respect.

What you will bring
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Strong clinical focus with the ability to provide holistic support tailored to individuals.
Knowledge of chronic conditions; palliative and dementia care (desired).




Commitment to caring for older people and ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and the right to work in Australia.
