We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Coolamon Dental Centre . About the Role
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for:
Managing front desk operations
Booking and coordinating appointments
Handling phone and email enquiries
Supporting patient care and education
Collaborating with the clinical and management team
Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks
Handling Clinic invoices and reporting to the Director
You’ll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a quick‑paced, professional setting.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills
Well‑presented and confident with a positive attitude
Detail‑oriented and highly organised
Proactive and eager to learn
A genuine team player , able to work collaboratively
Passionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistry
Experience in dental reception or assisting is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required.
Prior dental industry experience is strongly preferred for this Lead Receptionist role.
