Campus Recruiter | 12-month contract (strong likelihood of becoming permanent)

I’m currently partnering with a high-performing, technology-driven financial services firm to hire a Campus Recruiter into their Early Careers team.

This is a excellent opportunity to step into a visible and impactful role, working with some of the brightest student talent across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering campus hiring strategy, partnering closely with the business and building strong relationships across universities and student networks.

The role:
Own and support the full lifecycle of campus recruitment, from attraction through to offer
Plan and deliver campus events, assessment centres and interview processes
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Build relationships with universities and student societies across ANZ
Contribute to attraction strategy and continuously improve candidate experience

About you:




Experience in inhouse recruitment, ideally within early careers or campus recruitment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, curious, and solutions-focused
Keen to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team
