About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Dental Administration Assistant to join our Envision – Wembley team on a full‑time fixed‑term contract from mid‑August until the end of 2027 (with potential to become permanent).

This role works Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30 pm (7.6 hours per shift).

Responsibilities
Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn multiple systems quickly, attention to detail and accurate data entry essential.
Dental knowledge highly advantageous.
Ability to prioritise and work independently.
Assist with back‑office activities, including outbound calls, data entry and reporting as directed by the manager.
Process online dental scan orders via ORAD (orad.com.au) and support operations in PACS, Clinical Trials and Dental work‑up areas.

Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
Adaptability to various databases and systems.
Previous experience in the dental care or healthcare setting.
