Senior Role
Deliver tailored finance and insurance solutions while consistently achieving profitability and customer satisfaction targets.
Build solid relationships with customers, lenders,



and insurance partners to maximise finance approvals and product penetration.
Ensure all finance, insurance, and regulatory compliance requirements are met with accuracy and professionalism.
Mentor and support the sales team by identifying finance opportunities, assisting with deal structuring, and closing.
Drive business growth through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, and consistent achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Junior Role
Assist customers with finance and insurance options in a professional and compliant manner.
Prepare finance applications and accurately complete all required documentation.
Build strong relationships with customers to deliver an exceptional purchasing experience.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and productive vehicle delivery process.
Learn dealership finance products, lending guidelines, and compliance requirements while achieving individual and team performance goals.
