Ramp Auto Group is a European and performance specialist workshop in Balcatta. We're looking for a Service Advisor to run our front-of-house.

About the role

This is a commercial, relationship-driven role, not a reception desk. You'll be the main point of contact for every customer who comes through our doors: quoting, authorising, and communicating work clearly, then following it through to completion. Get it right and customers come back for years. That's why we pay properly for it,



and why we're picky about who does it.

What you'll do

Be the calm, explicit point of contact between customers and the workshop

Quote, authorise and communicate work accurately and transparently

Manage bookings and daily workflow alongside the technicians

Translate technical information into plain English customers actually understand

Catch problems early, before they become complaints

Own your numbers: retention, satisfaction, and efficiency

What you'll bring

Genuine sales and relationship-building instinct

Experience in a customer-facing role: sales, hospitality, retail, real estate, or automotive

Confidence handling conversations about cost and value

Comfort with digital workshop systems (we'll train you on ours)
