An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing and supportive property management team in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Managing a beautifully maintained local portfolio of just 147 properties, this role offers true end-to-end portfolio management with the prospect to grow into a Team Leader position over time. What You'll Be Doing:
Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 147 properties
Conducting leasing appointments and Entry, Routine and Exit Condition Reports
Building robust relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Managing arrears, compliance and tenancy matters
Delivering exceptional customer service across your portfolio
Using PropertyMe and Inspection Express to manage daily workflows
What We're Looking For:
Ideally 4+ years of Property Management experience
Proven end-to-end portfolio management experience
Genuine passion for Property Management and client service
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship‑building skil
