Independent Living Support Association (ILSA) in Cairns is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join the Aged Care team on a full time basis. The role involves coordinating high-quality, person-centred support for older Australians living in the community.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, families, and support teams, maintaining schedules, and participating in an on-call rotation. Occasional travel to the Atherton Tablelands may be required.
