With a solid pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join a $45M mental health project-based SOR.

Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Previous experience as a Senior Contract Administrator within commercial construction
Proven experience delivering commercial projects valued $30M+
Strong understanding of procurement, subcontract management,



cost control and contract administration
Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Previous experience delivering healthcare, aged care or government projects will be highly regarded
