Your Current Role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Finance Business Manager is responsible for the effective management and operation of the CFO’s office, ensuring strong governance, coordination and execution across the Finance function, enabling the CFO and Finance leadership to operate with clarity, discipline and focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

CFO’s Office Management
Run the day‑to‑day operations of the CFO’s office, acting as a trusted partner and extension of the CFO.




Provide structure, cadence, and discipline across Finance leadership activities, priorities, and commitments.
Ensure the CFO’s time, agenda, and focus are used effectively and aligned to strategic priorities.
Act as a first point of coordination for matters flowing into and out of the CFO’s office.

Financial Management & Reporting
Board and Committee Papers: Drafting, coordinating and quality‑assuring finance‑related board and committee papers, ensuring content is technically sound, concise, decision‑focused and aligned to board expectations.
Technical Finance Support: Assisting the CFO on technical finance matters as required, including accounting standards, financial judgments, policy interpretation and emerging regulatory considerations, leveraging specialist input where appropriate.
