We're on the hunt for a Store Manager to lead our Matchbox store at Eastland, Ringwood.

This is a full time, permanent role for someone who genuinely loves retail: the buzz of a busy floor, the pride of a beautifully merchandised store, and the satisfaction of building a team that customers come back for.

What you'll be doing
Leading, coaching and rostering a small team to deliver standout customer experiences every day
Owning your store's sales performance, KPIs and budgets
Keeping the store beautifully presented, stocked and on-brand
Managing stock, inventory and loss prevention




Creating a floor culture that's positive, energised and customer-obsessed

What we're looking for
Proven retail leadership experience, ideally as a Store or Assistant Manager
A natural people-leader who loves developing a team
A robust eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
Commercial sense - comfortable with sales targets, rosters and stock
Genuine warmth and energy with customers
