As a Drafter, you will be responsible for:
Preparing detailed construction documentation usingRevit
Producing accurate drawings for luxury residential and multi-residential developments.
Coordinating documentation with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal project teams.
Managing drawing revisions, design changes, and construction updates.
Ensuring documentation complies with Australian Building Codes, standards, and project requirements.
Supporting projects from concept design through to construction delivery.

Requirements
Minimum 3+ years' experience in residential drafting (please do not apply if you don't have any experience)




Strong Australian/local residential project experience.
Advanced Revit experience
Experience working on high-end residential and/or multi-residential projects.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
