Our client and valued partner, Samsung Electronics, is seeking a highly organised and analytical Finance Operations Specialist to support its Direct-to-Consumer Sales & Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of marketing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end processes, and operational excellence within a fast-paced, cooperative environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage marketing budget forecasting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
Support budget approvals, payment management, and marketing investment tracking
Coordinate sales deduction promotions, ensuring compliance and accurate ERP system management
Deliver insightful financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget performance updates
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing,



and Finance stakeholders to drive commercial rigour and operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline (preferred)
Previous experience in finance, business operations, or management support
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capability
Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills
A proactive team player who thrives in a agile, high-performing environment.
