The Role

An chance exists for a Lawyer or Associate with atleast 1 year pqe to join the firm's Government, Public & Regulatory team in Brisbane.

Working closely with highly respected partners, you will advise Commonwealth Government clients across a broad range of administrative and regulatory matters, with regular opportunities to appear in the Administrative Review Tribunal and Federal Courts.

The work is varied, intellectually challenging and often involves matters of national significance, making this an excellent opportunity for lawyers looking to further develop their advocacy and public law expertise.

The Right Person

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
At least 12 months' post-admission experience within a well-regarded litigation practice.
Exposure to administrative law, public law, judicial review, merits review or regulatory matters.
A genuine interest in developing a career in Government and public law.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound technical ability and excellent attention to detail.
