Project and Change Manager – South Bank, QLD

Join Flight Centre Travel Group as a Project & Change Manager and help drive transformation across our global brands. In this dual‑focused role you’ll lead high‑impact projects from concept to completion while championing change that resonates with people, processes and culture. You’ll be the bridge between strategic vision and practical execution, ensuring that transformation is delivered and embraced across the organisation.

Working within our Global Marketing Operations and Digital teams, you’ll combine structured project delivery with empathetic change leadership to unlock sustainable business outcomes. Success in this role requires a unique blend of program coordination, strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to build trust, navigate complexity and stay commercially sharp in a quick‑paced, multi‑brand workplace.

Our Ideal Candidate
7+ years in project, change or transformation management, preferably in global B2B settings




Skilled at handling multiple projects across various stakeholders, time zones and workstreams
Familiar with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) applied across business units
Familiar with project management methodologies and delivery styles
Experience in marketing, digital, sales enablement or customer‑Facing transformation within B2B
Proficient in project planning tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira or Monday.com and change enablement resources
Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
Adaptable to ambiguity, prioritising with limited information and adjusting pace in rapid‑paced environments
Experience in travel, technology or professional services sectors

Education
Bachelor’s in Business, Project Management or related field
MBA or post‑graduate certificates in relevant areas
