Heart Foundation WA is seeking a motivated person to lead our Walking program across Western Australia. In a versatile hybrid role, you’ll work between home and Subiaco office, coordinate volunteers, build local groups, and partner with community organisations to keep people active and connected.
You’ll work with older adults and priority communities, monitor outcomes, report to stakeholders, and contribute to broader health promotion efforts.
