Junior Estimator | Perth Based | Full Time | Monday to Friday

About the Role

As a Junior Estimator, you’ll become a key contributor to our tendering/pre-contracts function. Working alongside experienced estimators and contract teams, you will:
Capture recent tender opportunities from various sources,



and maintain our Tender Register and/or Procore software as applicable (training provided)
Liaise and coordinate with other team members within the business, to relay, gather information, compile tender documentation and prepare submissions to the client.
Assist with subcontractor and materials enquiries and review subsequent quotations and follow up as needed
Assist in build‑up of an accurate cost estimates in analytical format using our Expert Estimation software (full training provided)
Assist in preparation of Works Schedules using MS Project (training provided)
Assist in Preparing and presenting handover documentation to the contract delivery team once a tender is awarded
Liaise with construction teams to ensure output & resource data collected from completed works – vital for refining and improving future tender submissions
