You will manage a residential portfolio with support across:
Leasing
Administration
Routine inspections
Maintenance coordination
Arrears management
Landlord and tenant communication
About You
An experienced Property Manager looking for a healthier setting
A Senior PM tired of high-volume corporate structures
An Assistant PM ready to step into a larger role
Someone who values stability, support and long-term growth
