About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment, ensuring users are supported and business processes are streamlined.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform.
Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, flows, and automation.
Troubleshoot issues and provide user support and training.
Ensure data quality through imports, cleansing, and governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Support system enhancements,



testing, and ongoing improvements.

About You
Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) highly regarded.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting.
Experience with Flow, validation rules, custom objects, and security settings.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
