The Mill Hotel Bar and Restaurant (Spring Hill) is looking for experienced staff in the following department:

Restaurant – Food & Beverage Attendant (Casual)

As a successful candidate you will have:
Previous experience desired but not essential
Must have current RSA and RSG or be willing to obtain
A positive attitude, friendly nature, and true passion for customer service (essential qualities of the successful candidate)
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
Must have high standards of personal presentation and grooming
Eftpos and cash handling experience
Must show attention to detail
The ability to work unsupervised, solve problems and handle pressured situations
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including weekends

Please note:



All necessary training will be provided; the successful candidate must be available to work weekends and alter between morning and night shifts. We are looking for friendly and vibrant individuals, who are honest, reliable, and versatile, to fulfil this role.
