The Prospect:
As a Digital Sales Strategist at Empire Amplify, you’ll be responsible for driving current business and bringing in high-value clients who are serious about scaling.
You’ll work directly with founders and decision-makers, leading consultative sales conversations and positioning performance-led marketing solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role where your ability to understand business problems and translate them into strategy will directly influence growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle,
from initial outreach and discovery through to closing high-value deals - all warm leads
Run strategic discovery calls with business owners to uncover growth opportunities and challenges
Develop and present tailored digital strategies across SEO, paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and CRO
Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research and performance audits to support sales conversations
Build compelling, results-focused proposals aligned to client goals and budgets
Confidently articulate ROI, performance metrics and growth projections
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding
Maintain robust relationships with prospects and clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in digital sales within an agency environment (SEO/SEM essential)<
