Several divisions within the Primary Care, Community and First Nations Group are recruiting Policy Officers to contribute to policies and programs that support better health outcomes for all Australians.
In these roles, you will:
work collaboratively across government, the community sector and other partners to support improved health outcomes for all Australians
contribute to the development and implementation of policies and programs
prepare high-quality briefs and correspondence
manage grants and procurements that turn policy into action
work in a rapid paced and cooperative setting, supporting key government priorities and reforms
Role responsibilities may include contributing to policies and programs that address modifiable risk factors, promoting equitable health outcomes, strengthening the primary care system and improving access to services.
These roles offer variety, influence and impact. A merit list will be established to fill other vacancies across the Group.
