The Role:
Best&Less; has an opportunity for a Casual Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Charlestown store.
As an integral member of the Charlestown ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

Your day will consist of:
Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
Together with your team,



create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an setting of fun & teamwork
Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
Ensure the store is tidy and well presented

About you:
Passionate about the customer experience
Have a positive attitude – we can teach the rest!
A willingness to learn and develop
Able to work during the day - full weekday availability!
Adaptable across 7 days
Desire to develop your career in retail
