We're growing our team and looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers who can connect with our clients in their own language.

About the Role

We're seeking an English/Vietnamese speaking Support Worker to provide high-quality in-home and community support to NDIS participants and aged care clients across South Western Sydney. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to make a genuine difference in people's lives while helping bridge language and cultural gaps for our Vietnamese-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and community access support
Support clients with daily living tasks tailored to individual care plans
Communicate effectively with clients and families in both English and Vietnamese
Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and community outings
Accurately document progress notes and report any changes in client wellbeing
Work collaboratively with the broader care team and coordinators

What We're Looking For




Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken; written skills a plus)
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR certificate
Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Genuine care, patience, and strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
