We're looking for experienced Baristas who are passionate about coffee, take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Location: Ariel's Corrimal Park Mall
Hours: Flexible morning and daytime shifts
20–40 hours per week
Casual or Part-time (with the opportunity for permanent employment)

About the Role
Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee to Ariel's & Campos standards
Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
Maintain a clean, organised and productive coffee station
Work closely with the team during busy service periods
Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' barista experience in a busy cafe
Ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee under pressure
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Friendly,



professional and positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment
Reliable, organised and punctual
Available for early morning starts and weekend shifts
