We are currently looking for a Full time team member to join us at Sydney CBD, The Galeries location.

About the Role:
Be an ambassador for the Brand and consistently portray a qualified and customer-focused image
Provide excellent customer service while working towards sales targets
Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Understand and contribute towards achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly store targets
Build strong and trusting relationships with customers
Maintain merchandise displays and assist with inventory management
Follow all operational procedures and Brand standards
Process POS purchases accurately
Contribute ideas to improve sales and the overall store experience
About You:
A passionate Brand Ambassador who represents Venchi with pride and professionalism
Possess a pleasant personality with a positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
Responsible, service-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
A true team player who thrives in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Italian or spoken Mandarin is highly advantageous
Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work rights visa with at least 12 months remaining
