Lamex Bathrooms & Kitchens is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Showroom Sales Consultant to join our growing Maitland showroom.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong bathroom/showroom sales experience who enjoys customer interaction, renovations, design and sales.
The successful applicant will play a key role in assisting customers, following up quotes, maintaining showroom presentation and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
About the Role
Assist retail and trade customers in showroom
Prepare and follow up quotations
Process customer orders and enquiries
Maintain showroom presentation and displays
Work closely with warehouse and management teams
Build strong customer relationships
Support achievement of store sales targets
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous showroom or retail sales experience
Is confident working independently
Has strong communication and customer service skills
Is organised and proactive
Can manage multiple customer enquiries at once
Has experience in bathrooms, tiles, kitchens, renovations or building products
Preferred Experience
To be considered for the upper salary range, applicants should have:
Minimum 3 years experience specifically within the bathroom industry or a similar renovation/showroom environment
Robust product knowledge and confidence assisting customers independently
Experience preparing quotes and managing customer follow-ups
