Little Graces in Eastern Creek is seeking a Diploma Early Childhood Educator
In your role you will:
Ensure the following of CHILD SECURE practices
Follow our Centre Philosophy & Commitment to child safety
Fulfil the role of a responsible person
Be supported by owner/management
Focus on the EYLF and your extensive knowledge
Be given the flexibility to role model and guide the team to your vision of education
Capitalize on our massive outdoor area and our animals, whilst incorporating this in the program
Guiding staff on sustainability, inclusion and continue being a outstanding team
Responsible person - opening and closing rotating roster/shifts
You must have:
At least 1 year experience with a Childcare Diploma
WWC
Child Protection course completed
Gecko Mandatory Foundations of Child Safe Training completed
1st Aid & CPR Update
Food Basic Handlers Training completed
Able to work rotating shifts between 6.45am to 6pm (8hr shifts per day, 5 days/week)
We are a family run centre and most of our staff have been here for a minimum of 3 to 9 years.

· There will be Zero tolerance towards child abuse
· There are systems implemented and constantly reviewed to protect children from abuse
· All allegations are taken seriously and we will responded to them consistently

· The United Nations Rights of Children, will also be upheld
· Committing to keep children protected in all aspects of digital media
