It is managed by Cyfed Medical Group Pty Ltd & The Trustee for the Ifediora Family Trust, one of highly experienced healthcare providers. Our Medical Centre features a range of services including general practice, pathology and allied health all under one roof.
Your Current Role
We are looking for a friendly receptionist for our Kennedy Drive Medical Centre. In this casual position you will report directly to the Practice Manager. You will be managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming our patients to the Centre, supporting our health care professionals as well as general administration duties. This is a challenging role with a difference. If you love helping people and enjoy working in a rapid paced environment, then this is the perfect prospect for you!
Our Medical Centre will be open 7 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
Scheduling appointments (when required).
Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
Experience & Attributes
Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
Ability to use IT and self-learning.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Previous Medical Receptionist experience desirable.
Knowledge of Best Practice software use will be an advantage.
Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
Neat and skilled presentation.
