About the role:

Are you confident behind the machine and able to deliver consistently high-quality coffee, even during peak service? Do you take pride in your latte art and enjoy providing outstanding customer service?

A local cafe in Mildura is seeking an experienced and professional Barista to join their team on a casual basis, with a genuine chance for permanency for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:
Solid, consistent barista skills, including espresso extraction and latte art
The ability to remain calm, efficient and focused during busy periods
Excellent customer service and communication skills
The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
A responsible, organised and reliable work ethic

Salary:

Hourly rate of pay based on experience, between $31.19 to $32.31 an hour, as per the Restaurant Industry Award MA000119.
