We are seeking RN with:
AHPRA registration
min 1-year experience in General Practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team
Role:
PPT - 2 days per week Mon and Thurs 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and shared Saturdays to 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting Health Assessments for patients
Preparing Care Plans and managing patient care
Performing wound dressings
Managing patient recalls and handling test results
Administering immunisations
Ensuring high standards of infection control
Proficiency in Best Practice clinical software (preferred)
Pay rate commensurate with the level of experience.
