We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Food Processing Labourers to join a well-established, family-owned business in Heathwood.

Our client has been operating since 1992 and is a trusted supplier of dry blended ingredients, rubs, sauces, herbs, and marinades and butcher supplies, for the food and butcher industry. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their production team.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
Loading raw materials into mixers following recipe cards
Weighing, preparing, mixing, blending, bagging, and labelling products
Working with rubs, dry flavours, herbs, sauces, and meat mixes




Stacking and palletising finished goods (up to 20kg lifting at times)
Maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Keeping work areas clean and organised, including between batch cleans
Following HACCP and food safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 6 months’ experience in food production or processing
Robust manual handling ability (lifting up to 20kg occasionally)
Ability to accurately follow recipe cards
Reliable and committed team players
Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work
Machine operating experience (advantage)
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
Comfortable working in a dusty workplace (dust masks provided if required)
