About the Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Salvage & Asset Recovery Specialist to pull valuable items out of houses and commercial sites before demolition. You’ll walk the site, spot what’s worth saving, remove it safely, load it up, and get it ready for resale. This role suits someone who enjoys physical work, knows building materials, and can see value where others don’t.

Key Responsibilities
Walk demolition sites and identified salvageable items
Remove and recover materials: solar panels, tanks, hot water systems, sheds, windows, doors, kitchens, timber, steel and more
Load, store and prepare items for resale
Take photos and list items online
Hand easy customer inspections and handovers
Work independently across Adelaide sites

About You
Practical, hands-on and confident on tools
Experience in demolition salvage, construction or recycling
Valuable eye for valuable materials
Comfortable dealing with buyers and contractors
Driver's licence essential
Forklift or truck licence (highly regarded)
Experience buying/selling used material
