About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Last Mile Team Leader to oversee daily delivery operations and lead a team of drivers and subcontractors. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a solid background in last-mile logistics who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of delivery drivers and subcontractors.
Manage daily last-mile delivery operations to ensure service levels are achieved.
Monitor driver performance, productivity, and compliance.
Coordinate route planning and operational requirements.
Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer escalations.
Conduct driver onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with safety, transport, and company procedures.
Assist with fleet allocation and workforce planning.





Essential Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Last Mile Team Leader, Supervisor, Dispatch, Fleet Controller, or Operations role.
Proven experience managing last-mile delivery operations and delivery drivers.
Strong understanding of courier, parcel, e-commerce, or transport logistics.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace.
Experience using transport management, GPS, and delivery tracking systems.
Current Australian driver’s licence.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $65,643.53 – $134,645.93 per year
