We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher who has completed their Bachelor of Education (Birth to 5 years) to join our team.
Educators who are Educational Leaders working at centres which are Exceeding the NQS or higher are encouraged to apply. Depending on experience we can offer above award rates for high calibre staff.
Working at our centre you will be responsible for:
· Creating and maintaining a fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning workplace.
· Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families, carers and staff.
· Developing and implementing the educational program and achieving quality learning outcomes.
· Mentoring and developing staff.
· Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices.
· Assisting Room Leaders in weekly programming activities.
The successful candidate will have:
· Completed a Bachelor of Education (Birth to 5 years).
· Confidence and leadership ability.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience documenting learning outcomes.
· Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.
· A working knowledge of the New Quality Framework, EYLF and NQS.
· Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
· The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
A Successful Candidate must have at Least 2 years of Experience in the Early Childcare Education Sector
