About the Prospect

We are seeking an experienced, team orientated Plant Mechanic to join our team.

As the successful applicant you will be required to diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a range of Kobelco, and various other excavators. You will have the ability to work autonomously and solve problems. You will have a positive, driven and professional attitude to work and want to develop your skills and attributes.

What we are looking for
Plant Mechanical trade qualification
5 years trade experience
Must have experience working with hydraulics and diesel engines
Must have experience with hydraulic and engine rebuilds
Must have experience diagnosing and repairing excavators including experience with computer based diagnostic equipment.




Auto electrical skills desirable but not essential
MR truck licence and forklift ticket desirable but not essential
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to solve problems
Dedicated to maintaining secure work practices and environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
