We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Casual Kebab Section Team Member to join our team at Orfa Kebabs, a busy Turkish kebab shop and bakery in Bunbury.
About the role: You will be working the kebab section, preparing and serving kebabs, maintaining food quality and presentation, and keeping the section clean and stocked. This role includes opening and/or closing shifts, so you will need to be comfortable with responsibilities like setup, cash handling, cleaning down, and securing the store. When opening or closing, you will also need to supervise and coordinate the rest of the team to keep shifts running smoothly.
Availability required:
Must be available for the Sunday dinner shift
Must be able to fill in Friday and Saturday night shifts when needed
What we are looking for:
No prior kitchen experience necessary, full training provided
Previous experience opening/closing in a hospitality or retail setting is highly regarded
Comfortable supervising and coordinating a small team during opening/closing shifts
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen setting
Good hygiene practices and a strong work ethic
Pay: Casual rate (adult, 20 years and older):
Monday to Friday: $32.84/hour
Saturday and Sunday: $39.41/hour
