We're looking for a fun and energetic Bakery All Rounder to join our team in Sonoma Menai Team working an average of 20 hours over weekdays and weekends.

The Gig
Always give excellent customer service & exceed guest expectations
Ensure the Sonoma standard is maintained when preparing food & coffee
Serve customers efficiently
Give advice, guidance & recommendations on products & menu selection to customers to ensure a positive experience & repeat business.
Assist in preparation of display counters before, during & at the end of service.
Ensure adequate stock levels, managing orders & stock rotation.
Managing queues & meeting customer expectations, upsell to maximize profit.
Keep areas tidy & clean
Work as part of a team and provide backup to other team members
Be an ambassador of the brand
