We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at the AFL Store Watergardens, located in Watergardens Shopping Centre.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Casual Retail Assistant, you'll play an significant role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers by:
Assisting customers to find the perfect AFL merchandise.
Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and well-presented store.
Replenishing stock and supporting inventory management processes.
Keeping up to date with the latest AFL products and promotions.
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
A genuine passion for AFL and the excitement of the game.
Previous retail experience in a customer-facing environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive,
energetic attitude with a robust focus on customer service.
Experience with stock replenishment and inventory management.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays.
