About the Role
As the face of our café, you'll create a welcoming experience for every customer while ensuring smooth day-to-day service.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and serving customers with a smile
Taking food and beverage orders
Preparing and serving coffee and other drinks (barista experience is a bonus but not essential)
Operating the POS system and handling payments
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented café
Restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing duties
Working as part of a positive, supportive team
What We're Looking For
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Adaptable availability, including weekends if required
Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
