We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to provide 1:1 support to a female participant in Blacktown.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support in a home workplace
Respond to the participant's needs and assist with their daily activities and routines
Documenting end of shift progress notes and drafting reports for stakeholders
Promote independence, give choice, encourage inclusiveness and respect the rights and privacy of an individual with a disability through planning and creating opportunities.
Work within the NDIS Code of Conduct
Work within a team to ensure quality and continuity of care
Provide Community Participation to participants by providing transport, assisting them on social outings/public transport, shopping, budgeting etc
Be proactive to continually educate yourself on the specific needs of participants and conditions




Ability to engage participant in a range of hobbies and interests and build rapport

Reliable, trustworthy, and skilled
Robust communication skills

ABN (subcontractor arrangement)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
