Framing Factory is looking for a reliable and organised Factory Assistant to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced setting and can confidently communicate with multiple retail stores while assisting with day-to-day factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and responding to enquiries from our retail stores.
Assisting with stock ordering and inventory management.
Supporting production workflow and order management.
Liaising with the factory team to ensure smooth operations.
Providing general administrative and operational support to the Factory Manager.

About You:
Solid communication and organisational skills.
Calm, patient and easy-going personality.




Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Previous experience in custom framing or photo framing is highly regarded.
A basic understanding of the custom framing industry is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Training will be provided; however, applicants with framing or photo framing experience will be highly regarded.

This position reports directly to the Factory Manager.
