As a Real Estate Sales Consultant at First National Real Estate Co Bridge Group, you will play a key role in driving the success of our residential sales team. This full-time position is based in our Carlingford, NSW office and offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
What you'll be doing
Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through various marketing channels
Conducting property appraisals and providing expert advice to clients on property values and market trends
Organising and hosting open house inspections, private viewings and auction events
Negotiating sales agreements and ensuring a smooth transaction process for buyers and sellers
Maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout the sales lifecycle
Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support business growth
What we're looking for
Proven track record in residential real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
Robust communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
In-depth knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends
Enthusiasm,
drive and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Relevant real estate qualifications or a willingness to obtain them
Current Real Estate Licence is required at the time of application
