Join a high-performing team at the centre of Australia’s food regulation system. As Senior Project Officer (FRSC), you will lead complex cross-jurisdictional projects, deliver high-quality policy analysis, and provide governance and secretariat support to key national committees.

Working within a virtual System Office, you’ll help translate strategic priorities into practical outcomes, supporting the delivery of the System Workplan and longer-term reforms.

This role suits a proactive and adaptable professional who can manage competing priorities, provide trusted advice, and build solid relationships across jurisdictions to deliver meaningful regulatory outcomes.

Mandatory experience:
Experience with and robust knowledge of the Food Regulation System.

Desirable experience:
Extensive project management experience, including management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Experience in regulatory, public sector and multi-government settings.
Background in project management, policy, science, public health or a related discipline.
