About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Full-Time & Part time-Team Member to join our team and support the daily operations of our stores, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders and serve food and beverages to tables
Process payments accurately using POS system
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with liquor licensing requirements (RSA)
Shifts & Availability
Full-Time role, average of 38 ordinary hours per week
Part-Time role, days and hours to be discussed and confirmed with the Restaurant Manager based on business needs
Adaptable availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
Roster is provided in advance in accordance with company rostering practices
Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable
Pay & Conditions
Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020
Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
Employees performing liquor service duties are paid the adult rate for that time, in accordance with the Award
Full training is provided with prospects for ongoing development
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or over (due to alcohol service)
Must hold valid Australian working rights
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
