About the Role
Independently managing a busy coffee section during service, with support from Wally Milk
Producing high-quality espresso coffee with speed, accuracy, and consistency
Confidently pouring latte art for dine-in coffees
Operating coffee equipment safely, efficiently, and with care
Working closely with the front-of-house team during busy periods
Keeping the coffee station clean,



organised, and well stocked
Assisting with opening, closing, and general daily operations

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has proven barista experience in a busy, high-volume café
Is confident working independently and managing the coffee section
Understands coffee, customer service, and the rhythm of a fast-paced shift
Is reliable, effective, attentive, and takes genuine pride in quality
Stays calm, focused, and organised under pressure
Works well in a team and brings positive energy every day

Pay: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour
