Couriers by Demand is seeking motivated and reliable Contracted Owner Drivers with 1 tonne vans to join our growing courier network on a casual & part time basis.

This role involves completing deliveries across Melbourne metropolitan areas, with daily runs varying depending on operational requirements. Drivers should be prepared to work in any part of metro Melbourne as allocated each day.

About the Role

As a Contracted Owner Driver, you will represent Couriers by Demand while providing effective, professional, and reliable delivery services to our customers. This is a rapid-paced role suited to experienced courier drivers who take pride in delivering outstanding service.

We Are Looking for Drivers Who:

Own and operate a 1 tonne van suitable for courier work.

Can consistently complete 70–80 delivery stops per day.

Present themselves in a professional and well-groomed manner.

Demonstrate excellent punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Have a positive attitude and are committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Can work efficiently, independently,



and safely in a dynamic delivery environment.

Hold a current and valid Australian driver's licence.
